This program exists because our property manager recognized that there are still many people in need of housing. Shelters are overflowing, and some individuals cannot apply for housing due to credit or other issues. There is a large group of people who prefer shared living because they need a community, or perhaps they are alone at this point in life. This is where Thrive N Dwell comes in. Our participants can now thrive and dwell in a place of their own.

We are a safe and supportive housing program. Our programs ensure a safe and structured environment, fully furnished with 24/7 security. There is on-site laundry, and internet WiFi is included in the rent. Our property manager frequently visits the home to check on program participants.
